Character Design

A character sheet of three original characters dressed in Victorian Era attire and a black cat with a red collar. On the top right is an emblem concept for the Macy Carter, the female lead.

When creating these characters, I wanted them to have a primary color palette. Macy has a brash and headstrong personality. Emerson is collected, and Lulu is rambunctious—the perfect trio. And then there's Steak. On the top right is an emblem concept of Macy for the face of my passion project.

A drawing of an anthropomorphic tuxedo cat dressed in a butler's suit, carrying a tea set platter. Behind him is an ornated picture frame. On the top right is the same cat, but miniature.

I created this drawing for a custom Inktober prompt. I have a fondness for vintage settings and anthropomorphic characters.

These illustrations were created to challenge myself in utilizing limited color palettes and designing a character from those selected colors.
